Heather King is a passionate physiotherapist who loves helping people stay active, strong, and confident at every stage of life — especially women navigating midlife and athletes who refuse to slow down. With a Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy and advanced training in sports physical therapy, orthopaedic care, and women’s health, Heather brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every session.

She trained at the University of Toronto after completing her undergraduate degree at Queen’s University, earned her Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy with Distinction, and worked with athletes on the world stage as part of the Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 Olympic medical teams. Heather also integrates acupuncture into her treatment approach and holds a Menopause Coaching Specialist certification, allowing her to thoughtfully support women through the physical changes of peri- and post-menopause.

Heather is known for her collaborative, motivating style and her ability to translate complex rehab into clear, achievable plans. Whether you’re returning to sport, managing persistent pain, or rebuilding strength in midlife, Heather’s goal is simple: help you move well, feel strong, and enjoy the activities you love
