Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less then 24 hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) are subject to a $50 fee that is not covered by extended benefits or 3rd party payors (ICBC, WCB, MSP, etc). If you must cancel on short notice or are unsure if you should attend, please discuss with our patient care team.

2. Our patient care team who work hard to fill your spot on short notice

3. Your therapist who is here to help you and is not paid if you don’t show

4. You! We can’t help you with your recovery if we don’t see you
