You’ll see this intention everywhere from our friendly patient care staff, to our fully wheel-chair accessible space, to the thorough protocols we follow to ensure that our patients and staff stay healthy.
Here’s what to expect when you book an appointment with us.
First, we’ll send you a few forms to fill out before your appointment, including a screening and intake form if you’re a new patient, as well as a required Covid-19 screening form. You’ll be able to easily send this back to us either via email, or our in-house form software.
Next, we’ll ask you to thoroughly review our Communicable Diseases Protocols, so that you understand the regulations we follow in order to keep our community safe.
We ask that you arrive at your appointment either on time or five minutes before. You’ll be welcomed into our spacious, inviting waiting area. If you require a gown or shorts for your treatment, our patient care staff will offer them to you. When your practitioner is ready to see you, you’ll be led to your treatment room.
If you have any questions at all during your appointment, your practitioner will be happy to answer them. If you have questions crop up before your appointment, please reach out to us by either email or phone, and we’ll be happy to answer anything that’s on your mind.
