Relieve your stress, anxiety, and insomnia with modern meditation.

iRest, or Integrated Restoration, is a powerful and transformational guided meditation. It’s based on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, but are adapted for a modern and busy lifestyle.

The iRest technique was developed by the yogic scholar, teacher, and clinical psychologist Dr. Richard Miller (whom Ross and Kirsten have studied and worked with for over two decades). iRest is world-renowned for its help with many different emotional, mental, and physical ailments — most notably PTSD.

Backed by extensive research, some of iRest’s many benefits include:

  • An increased ability to cope with daily stress

  • Resolving trauma

  • Decreasing anxiety and depression

  • Bringing relief to chronic pain

  • Improved sleep

iRest follows a set, 10-step protocol — which is how it’s different than traditional Yoga Nidra — and is designed to cultivate mental and emotional wellbeing by inviting us to witness our emotions without becoming overly attached to or identified with them. Your iRest practitioner will also guide you to touch in with your breath, and an inner sense of being well-resourced.
