Christina Blissett

Christina completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia and her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, and has been practicing since 2018. She has a special interest in lower body injuries and has taken additional training in lower body assessment and manual therapy, along with completing CPA Orthopaedic Levels 1 and 2 (lower body). She is also certified in IMS (intramuscular stimulation), which she uses to help reduce pain, improve function, and support her clients’ recovery.

Christina enjoys working with people of all ages—whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to stay active and mobile. She takes a collaborative, down-to-earth, goal-oriented, and evidence-informed approach, combining hands-on treatment, exercise, and education to help you feel confident and capable in your body. Her approach is informed by current pain science principles, helping guide treatment and support a better understanding of how pain and movement interact in recovery.
