Joanna Sleik
Joanna graduated from McMaster University in 2005 with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy and in 2002 from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience. Joanna completed a Certificate in Acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute in 2006. She also has specialized training in Running Analysis and has taken courses in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral institute. She completed her Advanced Canine Rehabilitation Training through the Animal Rehab Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in April 2012 and operates K9 Rehab; providing rehabilitation to four-legged clients throughout the East Kootenays.
Joanna maintains an active lifestyle by chasing after her daughter Ruby and GoldenDoodle Buddy. She enjoys cross-country skiing, golfing and hiking. She is also an avid runner and completed Ironman Canada in 2009 with her husband Ryan.
