Graeme Lehman

Graeme has been a full-time Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Kinesiologist since 2005.  Over this time, he has worked more than 20,000 hours in the gym with people from all walks of life, ranging from weekend warriors wanting to drop body weight, to Olympic Gold medalists and professional hockey players.  He’s served as a sports science consultant for an MLB organization.


Graeme has a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).


Graeme works part-time at Creekside Physiotherapy while also helping the College of the Rockies’ women’s Volleyball team as their strength and conditioning coach. 

Athletic performance is Graeme’s passion, and he takes pride in being able to help anyone who wants to improve their ability in their sport while staying at their optimal health.
