Put your best foot forward.

We provide custom orthotics, which are personalized inserts for your shoes that provide support for your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and back.

Our goal is to help you build your body’s own natural orthotics. By training your leg and arch muscles, and working on the full body’s mechanics, it’s possible to eliminate the need for manufactured orthotics. However, sometimes this training just isn’t enough, and extra support that a custom orthotic is needed.

Custom-built orthotics are incredibly effective at reducing or eliminating pain, relieving strain and pressure from joints, and providing you more comfort for your day-to-day activities.

Most orthotics are covered under your extended health plan, and you’ll likely need a doctor’s referral. It’s a good idea to look into your insurance beforehand, and check what documentation you’ll need for coverage. We’re happy to help with this process! And, as always, no referral is required for a consultation.

We’re proud to carry custom orthotics from Sole Support — a world-renowned manufacturer of medical-grade orthotics.

You might benefit from orthotics if you suffer from any of the following:

  • Achilles and heel pain

  • Plantar fasciitis

  • Morton’s Neuroma & Metatarsalgia

  • Persistent knee & back pain

How It Works

If you’re interested in the pain relief and increased support that custom orthotics provide, here’s how our process together will go.

  1. Call our clinic at 250-427-2202, and ask our friendly Patient Care Coordinators to book you in with one of our orthotics specialists for a consultation appointment.

  2. During this appointment, we’ll assess your foot, range of motion, posture, gait, and existing footwear, and discuss any pain, injuries, or problems you’re experiencing. From there, we’ll determine if you’re a great candidate for custom orthotics. If so, we’ll provide you with a quote.

If we move forward with orthotics, we’ll take a cast of your foot, so that the orthotic you receive is custom-built for you. We’ll fit them for the shoes you normally wear.

  3. You can then pay for your orthotics, and submit your claim.

  4. Next, we’ll book a complimentary session to make sure that your new orthotic fits great and is well-suited to your lifestyle and activities. We’ll answer any questions you have.

  5. We’ll continue a personalized treatment plan if you need one, including exercises and movements you can incorporate to relieve pain and help your new orthotics work to their full potential. Our team is here to provide ongoing support as you move forward!

  6. Additionally, if you are interested in buying a second pair within the same calendar year we will offer you a second pair at a discounted rate!
