Kirsten Guest has been immersed in the study of yoga and meditation since 1994. A keen interest in movement and the body brought her to become a Yoga Alliance Registered 500-hour teacher. She has studied extensively with Richard C. Miller, and is now an instructor and mentor for the teacher training program for the meditative yoga nidra practice of Integrative Restoration (www.irest.us). Her yoga classes focus on developing awareness and sensitivity in meeting the body deeply and exploring the balance of strength and release, playfulness and focus. She also works with clients individually giving instruction in meditation and sharing tools to deal with trauma, anxiety and chronic pain.
